The Arcana are scattered throughout the distortions of the Interworld. Agnet cannot gather them on her own without falling into Baphomet’s hands.
Origin and Manifestations
Jack brings the cards to open the gate to Chelsea. The Last Arcana is guarded by Baphomet, who offers to exchange all the others—and the very purpose of the journey—for it.
Erotic Nature
The erotic nature of the Arcana is a predetermined role. Each card presents an image in which a person is particularly convincing, but the full set can make the spread stronger than the participant’s will.
Countermeasures and Cost
Do not hand over the entire set to a single guardian before the gate is opened. The cards must be laid out according to Agnet’s scheme. An incorrect order may open the wrong version of Hell.
